Creekside Village

I moved to Creekside Senior Apartment Complex in Pittsburg on 3/31/2025. The Community Manager Aurielle is Extremely Professional, Personable, Knowledgeable. She works with you, she goes above and beyond to assist you. She follows up on needed repairs to ensure that they're addressed and resolved. I truly appreciate her, her efforts. In addition, the grounds are well kept. I feel safe, have no issues with theft of any kind. This is a nice, serene place to live. Thank you for making my residence a pleasurable place to live.

I just moved here two months ago and on day 2 I called the mgr, Auri and told her the house is very hot, more than normal, the air conditioning only worked in one area and it didn't circulation all over the house, just in that hallway! I continued to complain about the same issue, so she sent Larry the maintenance man to come see about the air, he came, looked in the one vent with a light pen and said it's fine! It wasn't fine! They did that a couple of times, even claim this real dirty guy was a professional, that was definitely a lie, it was no professional nothing about that man, no uniform ( shirt w/company name ) no khaki pants, just real dirty from head to bottom, he did nothing outside of what they did, looked in the vent with that same pen! I can't breath in here, I can't stress it

Creekside has finally gotten a professional manager, who doesn't wait a week to handle your apartment concerns. Management has made Creekside look like and feel like a super senior place to live. Aurielle THANK you for all you do for Creekside, and the future plans you have for Creekside.

I would recommend Creekside Village to any senior looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to live. Anytime I needed help understanding the move in or application process, the manager Aurielle Williams was not only prompt and professional, but kind and incredibly informative as well. My sister and I live out of state, and our father lives in California, and even though we couldn't be there in-person until move-in day, everything at Creekside went smoothly. It is so reassuring working with Ms. Williams! I honestly can't wait to visit again, the atmosphere there is so lovely!

I was looking for a place for my relative to live at. The lady that helped me in the office was super nice and helpful! It seems like a really nice community. Highly recommend.
