Have lived here for about 4 years and the management has never been more terrible than it is now that Fremont properties took over. Maintenance and repairs have always been difficult to come by. Parking is a joke, especially when you consider that people will have visitors who literally block you in your spot. There’s no security so it’s hard to have anyone towed when you’re blocked in and need to leave. Can’t believe they have the nerve to raise the rent when they don’t make any upgrades or improvements to the place. Oh, and while there are two pools in the complex, only one is available for use, but not after 5 pm and not on weekends when the majority of their tenants might like to use it. Trash management. The maintenance staff at Belmont is amazing! Nancy has gone way above and beyond with all of our needs. She responds right away and she is very good at communicating with us if there are ever any issues. Nancy has had quick responses for late hour emergency calls as well as basic needs like needing blind slats. She goes the extra mile without any hesitation and we really appreciate her hard work!

ROACHES ....HUGE ONES! I was shown an apartment and I liked it.Then the lady called me and told me "I had to re-sign the paperwork" then she said let's go see the apartment..we went to a whole DIFFERENT one.It was grimmy and dirty,smelled like roach spray,ceiling had dirt,vents dirt,baby roaches in the bathroom,BIG ROACH on its back in the living room.Trash all around the trash area outside🙆That stressed me OUT because I need to find a place ASAP. On top of that...she told me I had to wait TWO weeks to get my holding deposit back.its just me and my son,and now it seems like I was taking advantage off..I wonder how many times the code enforcement had to come there?
