Valley Property Management helped my friends and me find a great property while we were balancing a heavy school workload. They made the process as easy and efficient as possible by scheduling multiple property showings in one visit, which saved us a lot of time and effort. They also simplified the paperwork, so we didn’t have to spend an entire weekend stressing over forms. Overall, the experience was seamless and very helpful.

I would HIGHLY recommend against renting from/working with Valley Property Management. In renting an apartment managed by them for three years, they made it clear that they are a poorly managed and unprofessional company. Here are some of the experiences my roommates and I had during our tenancy under them: Upon move in, we were told the apartment would be professionally cleaned. The bathroom was full of black mold, and the floors were so dirty my socks turned black on the bottom within one day of walking on them. The owner of valley property management entered our apartment with no prior notice, while no one was home. My roommate came back to find both of our doors wide open and someone who we did not know in our living space. Our hot water heater frequently stopped working and would need

ValleyPM has been so great for finding off campus housing! They are incredibly attentive and transparent about everything. I am leasing through them for my junior and senior year and plan to lease again for my masters program. Definitely would recommend!

Definitely recommend Valley to any college students looking for housing in the Amherst area!! Communication was efficient, tours were great and they offer a lot of great properties. They really try to accommodate every group and we signed on a great place with them!

I worked with Alan at Valley Property Management & he was amazing! He sent a spreadsheet of all the houses available that specifically worked for my group along with what each house had! 10/10 experience!!! I couldn't recommend Valley more.
