Puffton Village Apartments

It's on the Route 31 and has ample greenery and has Basketball and Tennis courts

I’ve been living in the same apartment here for over five years, and have loved living here so far. I want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team. They are incredibly responsive, always fixing issues promptly—even in the middle of the night or on weekends.

We lived here for 2 years, fast service when any issues came up and we always felt 100% safe. All the facilities are well maintained and the maintenance and office staff are so friendly. If you get the chance you should definitely live in Puffton. Location is great for UMass students too.

tiny apartments, all on the ground floor level, ac system does not work properly and runs 250$ electricity bills for 2 people, the whole puffton area is not walkable and rent is more expensive than other comparable apartments like Brandywine which are in the same location. would recommend living in Brandywine over Puffton if able. despite puffton itself being walking distance from campus the sprawling layout makes it incredibly hard to walk from some apartments to the nearest bus stop.

Have had only pleasant experiences with the staff. Maintenance is highly accessible. The apartments themselves are nice enough, although the kitchens are pretty small. There is not too much dedicated storage space. The laundry facilities are placed conveniently and are pretty modern and well-maintained. Getting keys to the house and mailbox and laundry room is easy. There is a lot of visitor parking so people can visit easily (except Friday and Saturday after 5pm when everyone comes from everywhere to party). Do not park an unpermitted vehicle in permit-only parking, you will be towed. I can't imagine the money Ernie's towing company makes from Puffton. Puffton is also very close to UMass and has a bus that runs from 3 locations in or near the complex through the center of campus. It is
