maintence fixed my toilet in my apartment. he was very freindly and professional. he did a great job. he left no mess and he knew what to do. i'm very happy.

This apartment is not safe. Our packages have been stolen repeatedly. We lost three packages within one month, and the most serious incident was when my credit card was stolen and fraudulently used. The management office said they are not responsible for packages. The police said the apartment’s security cameras are very blurry and it’s impossible to see anything clearly and were unable to contact the management staff. No one has taken responsibility or resolved the issue, and we have been forced to bear the losses ourselves. We have lived in many apartments, and this is the first time we have encountered a situation like this.

The restroom has a strong marijuana odor every day. Complaints have not helped, and it’s unbearable. It harms our health.

My family and I have enjoyed living here for 2 years and counting. Mill Valley is a well maintained property, with plenty of space for kids to ride bikes or take nice walks around the property. They have 2 playgrounds and a basketball court as well! One thing I love about this apartment complex is the resposive maintenance workers, who are always willing to help. I feel very safe living at Mill Valley, and that is key when you have kids. You won't be disappointed with these beautiful apartments!

As a college student currently residing at Mill Valley Estates, I have got to say that this is probably, in my opinion, the best place for anyone to live in the area. The rent is fairly priced, especially compared to other apartment complexes in the area, the maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful, and it is overall a safe and inviting community. Most importantly is the staff in the main office of Mill Valley Estates. Although they are relatively new, it does not show whatsoever. They are super helpful and understanding regardless of the situation and they are very prompt as well- I have never waited more than a day to receive and email or call back from them.
