If you want to send someone you don’t like somewhere unpleasant, tell them this is the place. The manager is rude, unprofessional, and, at times, retaliatory toward tenants. Unfortunately, accountability is nonexistent, as her mother happens to be the head of HR.

On move in day, my daughters bathroom ceiling was leaking and her toilet got clogged (nothing solid went in) and had to be plunged by us. My daughter and her 3 roommates had so many issues over 7 months. Together they filed over 20+ maintenance requests on basically 3 items: dishwasher, washer/dryer, and the bathroom. For the short time they were there, they hand washed dishes because the dishwasher would be "fixed" for a day or a week and then break again. The girls took their laundry home, did it at their friends apartments, or paid at the laundromat because maintenance would fix the washer/dryer for a day or two and it wouldn't work again. This is a wonderful place to live and management works overtime to care for their residents. Some people on here like to complain a lot because they’re mad at the world but they ignore all the good this place does. The staff genuinely cares about their residents to make it a wonderful place to live. They also hold SO many cool free events that are so much fun to go to. Whether is free breakfast or a tote bag painting part there’s always something to do here. Love this place.

Used to live there as Graduate student. Pretty expensive but recently there is a fire and it was lowkey sad to say goodbye to the building. Hope you will come back!

The location is prime, but that doesn’t matter very much during a global pandemic. Management made it very difficult for people to exit the lease for pandemic-related reasons, which has been a financial burden to my roommates that wanted to return home during remote learning. As for the apartment itself, it’s a good-sized, bright space with plenty of natural light. The furniture we’ve had has been stylish and comfortable. The walls are a little thin between rooms, but it’s not the end of the world. We’ve had some problems with our appliances, but maintenance personnel have been quick to fix the issue while being kind to us residents. The people at the front desk are always kind as well, and welcome people entering and leaving the building. I wish there was more protection around the mail
