Aspen Heights Amherst

Was supposed to move into a sublease for 5 months. Gave us the hardest time regarding a co - signer even though we both make enough income to cover the apartment. Kaylie who was the one helping us did not help in any way. Told us " new leases" come first and would not help us with the process of getting a trust-or service . Very rude and not accommodating we ended up backing out of the deal because why move in somewhere where the staff already isnt helpful! Beautiful place but for the money you pay not worth the customer support

Our experience at Aspen Heights was amazing. The staff was professional, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend Aspen Heights for its amenities, 24/7 security, and convenient location to the campus and downtown Amherst. 10/10

Three months with a broken coffee machine and no repair, yet rent is still ridiculously high. If management can collect rent on time, they should be able to fix basic facilities on time too. Unacceptable.

This is the BEST apartment among the four that I have lived over the past three years. It definitely worths the rent! Everyone here are so friendly, from leasing and maintenance team to shuttle drivers and residents, and I made so MANY friends here! On top of that, I’ve fully taken advantage of everything AH offers: coffee, print, gym, pooling table, Ping Pong, study lounge, and shuttle service. The only downside I experienced is the noise from above unit. While you don't always have someone frequently making noise till 5am, it’s worth considering a second-floor unit if you're a light sleeper.

I have been a resident for approximately 5 months. The Aspen team (from management, maintenance, security, etc.) has been kind, efficient and incredibly welcoming. Honestly, there have been many times that I have seen them go above and beyond but we can't afford for EVERYONE to want to move here so I will keep you in mystery. We love the lounge, easy of access to free coffee, the sweet little outdoor spots (which we are excited to use more!), the attention to detail down to food delivery and mail service! I have primarily lived in traditional residential neighborhoods out in the boondocks of Franklin County and worried that it would be louder due to its location and the fact that many students live here. However, it has been one of the quietest spots with the most respectful neighbors
