We have had a great experience with 413 Lease so far. The staff have been professional and helpful. The application process was easy and transparent. It is definitely a great place to go if you're looking for housing around the Amherst area.

Me and my roommates had a great experience here. Our plans and preferences kept fluctuating but Jack was so patient, understanding, and helpful with the whole process. We went into it with a lot of uncertainty of how to deal with living off campus, but everyone here made it such an easy and rewarding process. Thank you!

413Lease was excellent to work with! We found out with little notice that we needed to leave our current apartment so we entered the application process with a lot of anxiety but Jack and Alex both made the process seamless and got it all done very quickly with great communication. 413 Lease made the whole process very easy and were very in-touch and active when we had any questions. They made the instructions very clear, which resulted in a smooth, easy going, operation.
