I toured the apartment today and had such a great experience thanks to Desiree! She was incredibly patient with my thousand questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness!

I am a current resident at Valley Oaks and I would never recommend moving here. For starters, when asked to see my apartment before signing a lease I was told it was being cleaned and repainted. I mistakenly trusted this and only then saw the apartment on the day of move in. My apartment window seals were chewed up, dog hair covered the floors, wood was rotting, door handles and the sink was painted over, roaches were painted over, roaches and gnats filled the fridge, dog nail clippings were in the carpet, bathroom ceiling was caving in etc. I have been living here for months and kept sending in request for a deep clean. All my maintainer request were marked as completed (despite never being complete). It wasn’t until I called Code that some of the issues were fixed. I now have a Germa

Desiree and her staff were extremely helpful, they were very patient. The apartments are spacious and come with washer and dryer and the apartments are in a great location! Update: I had Kevin and Tyler in my unit, they did an amazing job! They repaired my issue same day!

I lived here for a about a year and moved out in August. When in the process of moving in seemed okay it was cheap and got me and my husband in quick. Tammy had helped and and was honestly very rude unsure if she still even works there. When we first moved in she signed us up for reserved parking with out telling us. We were paying that fee for two months and didnt even know it when I went to the office and brought it up she brushed it off and I said so whoever parks in thay spot I can get towed and she said yes. With that knowledge when someone parked in our spot we called the tow company and they said we didnt have the parking spot. I recorded that phone call and went to the office and wanted to show tammy.
