U.S. Bank Branch

Excellent customer service every time I visit this branch. During my most recent visit, Sadaf Saleem, Client Relationship Consultant, spent a generous amount of time explaining banking concepts and product options, and even assisted me directly with the applications. Her professionalism and patience made the experience smooth and reassuring. This is the third time I’ve left this branch feeling truly valued. Many thanks to the entire team!

I came in approximately at 430 , was waiting to see a banker to open an account. After a few someone greeted me , I let them know whatbi was needing. They informed me they close in 30 min and couldn't help me. Wow blown away that business is turned away with 30 min of work still left. Customer service is lazy , thank you for letting me know what type of service I was getting into, I'll keep my Wells Fargo account !!!

False bank adversizing. Beware. I was told if i sighned up i would receave a bonus for opening an account but i never saw the bonus and i asked about my bonus for sighning up they keep saying i will get it and its been 4 months and nothing like i said they lied about it.

EDIT: This place is terrible! You can’t even get through to someone on the phone at this location. It just hangs up on you after the automated message. Pathetic. This bank and especially this location are the worst. As many other reviews have stated they are consistently understaffed and don’t offer the necessary assistance for me to be able to complete important business transactions. Every bank I have worked with in the past has allowed me to quickly and easily send wire transfers but every time I come here there is some reason they can’t do it. Not to mention they keep raising the fees. $75 to send a payment is not reasonable. US bank is always finding a way to squeeze their customers out of every penny possible. What a shame.
