Royal Greens Apartments

We have lived here for four years and absolutely love many different aspects of the community. Management is receptive to concerns and quick to solve any issues that may arise. We love how quiet and peaceful this property is and the layout of the apartment itself. It truly is a gem of a place to be.

I've lived here 2years and I Love it! Dianey and Ofelia do an amazing job managing. Miguel does the maintenance and is prompt and trustworthy. It's quiet, the view is beautiful, and it's clean. I literally look forward to coming home every day!

My husband and I moved here in August and we have been pleasantly surprised by the management. She is so involved, always communicating what’s happening, taking needs seriously, and lives on the property so she’s readily available. The view of the golf course cant be beat. The neighbors are nice and welcoming, and it’s overall a pretty quiet and quaint community. We love it here. Most of the apartments have been updated, and they do a great job preparing the units for move-in. We’ve loved living here and calling it home.

There were different people in management a few years ago but the new management is amazing! Land Lady is the best I've ever had so far. If theres a problem let them know and they are on it. It is well worth the price you pay to live here. It was way cheaper to live here than some other small apartments that weren't as nice. Apartments are nice and includes a community pool. Definitely worth looking at at least!

Love living here! This is my husband and I’s first apartment and it’s wonderful! Dianey is so sweet and always so helpful. The staff is nice and our neighbors are really friendly. The apartments are really nice and very affordable compared to any others in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
