Ali Wise helped me purchase my first home recently and was absolutely fantastic! As a first time home buyer, I knew very little about the home buying process. Ali did an amazing job educating me along the way as well as making sure I felt comfortable during each step of the process. She was also extremely patient in answering all my questions (of which I had many)! Her knowledge and experience around homes, the housing market, and the various stages of the home buying process was impressive and ended up helping me immensely! I've found my life long realtor in Ali!

We were first time home buyers and Ali helped us every step of the way, which made this overwhelming process much more manageable. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, she was great about communicating, was very patient, and always made time for us. It was clear that she had our best interests in mind, so we felt that we could trust her advice and never felt pressured. She also gave great recommendations for lenders, inspectors, and various contractors.

Ali helped us sell our house and assisted us in a purchase of a new construction home. She was professional and friendly, and although we definitely had a working relationship, she seemed more like a friend than a realtor. Her knowledge of real estate and all involved was excellent, and at least with me stayed calm through all the pressure situations. We highly recommend Ali!

Ali is AMAZING! What else can I say? We have purchased a few homes in our lives, and no Realtor we have worked with has been as professional, helpful, and sweet as Ali. She was always available and willing to help, insightful with her advice, and got us exactly what we were looking for quickly, without a lot of fuss and bother. This was especially impressive not only with Covid restrictions, but because we were buying from out of state and had limited trips and time available for her. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail. Everything she did was impeccable. You can absolutely trust Ali to find the home you want, get you the best deal, work hard to get everything done correctly and timely, and be incredibly sweet the entire time. In a word, AMAZING
