Gresham Station Apartments

It's very good living here! Management is very responsive and easy to approach. Information is also shared as soon as they receive it from the corporate level. I do wish that they had a greater spread of hours, or an since I do work basically 9 to 5, but with the app and phone, it's easy to reach them after hours or when I'm at work and cannot see them personally. Maintenance is also top notch. When I need something repaired or replaced, it is done in a timely manner. Never had a problem.

Honestly if you are lucky enough to get in here you’ll never want to leave. Maintenance is on point, the office staff is stellar and care, like really CARE and everyone who lives here is super friendly. I’m a hermit and I didn’t want to talk to anyone but I really changed my tune. People here have lived here for ten plus years and there’s good reason for that.

For many reason I give this property a 2. One is the lack of care the property management staff office specifically provides to a 55 + community. The property itself is maintained well by the maintenance staff, the community network volunteers are the heart of the community, and lack of follow through specifically from the office staff is concerning at best. With the clients being of a vulnerable age and various health/mental health concerns you’d think the staff there would be trained to handle those crisis situation for each individual based on the guidelines of the property management company.Reasonable accommodation should be made a priority. Office staff are nice and friendly. The grounds around apartments are kept up. Parking is a bit of a chore, but there are spaces on the streets. The community room usually has people who are friendly.

New property management company over this last 2025 summer. Had a few glitches but company is working this out. Front office staff had a lot to do when new management took over. They have done a good job transitioning.
