If you prefer peace and quiet in your home, you should ask about your potential neighbors, especially upstairs, when you tour. You should also plan on taking out a mortgage to pay your electric bills if you like being warm during winter. The builders so wisely placed one tiny cadet heater near the top of the luxurious 10 foot ceilings in the main living space, with no ceiling fan. Its really good at heating the top 3 feet of the room. In summer, there is no central AC, but don't worry, you can rent a window unit from the property for extra $$$. Then there's parking, all the free assigned spaces are compact, so your doors will definitely get dinged over time. But again, you can just pay extra for a full-sized spot under covered parking. The trash situation here is absolutely deplorable

I was put 4 stars because for me very important to have A/C in apartment because it’s very hot in summer. My husband and I lived there last year. It was our first apartment in the US and I want to say that the apartment is very cool, but there were other moments, such as the fact that several managers changed there in 3 months, but despite everything, they did their job quite professionally. There is modern new equipment there, a nice bright apartment, but for us the most important reason for moving was that the apartment does not have air conditioning. It is very hot in the summer. Of course, you can rent a portable air conditioner, but you will waste money because it does not cool the air. Showed up 1 minute late rent in hand on 2nd of January she was still in office rent has to be in by 4th instead of taking my payment to help says can't do anything no drop box to leave it like damn we pay enough in rent feel like there is no care from management and the late fee is 200 not only did I show her the money order just didn't care heartless.
