Brett managed our rental house in Troutdale for a year and a half or so till we recently sold the property. He was always great to deal with and super responsive. He was especially helpful while we were trying to sell while the home was still occupied, which can be a delicate situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brett and Property Network to anyone looking for a management company in the area.

The best PM around. SO responsive, any work order or little maintenance need they are on top of it making sure things are dealt with in a timely manner. They takes care of their tenants so well and they are just all around the sweetest and easiest to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re thinking about renting from them. From a tenant viewpoint, Property Network LLC is the best property management company. They are very quick to respond to any maintenance requests and questions (including on weekends and holidays). Along with their quick response, they are helpful and very pleasant to work with. And their payment/record system is very efficient and user-friendly.

I tried to manage the duplex property for about 20 years and didn't do such a great job, in fact one side of the property was red flagged because the guy in there was cooking METH. Good insurance and six months later it was ready to rent again. Finally I found Property Network after deciding I couldn't manage the property and run my other business too, I signed a contract with Property Network. I have never been happier. They are the best to take care of the property, take care of the renters and take care of me. This is certainly a professional organization. I would never attempt to do the property management myself again since I found this group.
