I’ve been a tenant for over 6 years now with Upside Management & I can’t thank them enough for their kindness & professionalism. They always respond in a timely manner & if I ever have an issue they’re always willing to fix the issue right away. Great, honest, real people who truly care.

I had a situation over the weekend where water was all over the bathroom I mean the tub, toilet,floor everywhere and I was able to reach out to Mr Yanir and Ms.Angie the officer managers of the building they were very polite very understanding and sent someone out ASAP and they were able to handle my situation I'm so happy I would definitely recommend staying at this place they really do care about their tenants🥰🥰🥰

I am writing to formally request the return of my security deposit along with the additional $50 fee for the return of the keys. I vacated the property on March 14, 2025 and it has now been a month without any communication from your team regarding my deposit or final inspection. I have made multiple attempts to contact the property manager, Angie, through emails, phone calls, and text messages—none of which have been acknowledged or returned, despite being read. As per the lease agreement and tenant laws, you are required to notify tenants within two weeks if any deductions will be made from the security deposit. I’ve been working with Upside Management to manage my rental property and they’ve been awesome. They keep everything running smoothly, find solid tenants, and handle all the day-to-day stuff. Totally worth it for peace of mind.
