Upland Village Apartments

I haven't lived here very long but I have Had to put in two work orders Which they are very quick to respond to. One was fixed the day I Put in the work order and the second one was fixed in a couple days , but that was just because of a huge beehive outside my building. Which i'm sure was not active but I wasn't going to take that Chance. So far my experience has been Very positive. I will keep you posted Should anything change. Also the apartments are very Nice and spacious And quiet. The only complaint I have and it's not really A complaint is that I live on the bottom floor where we don't get much light. It would be nice if they would cut down one of the trees in front of my windows To give me a little more light and safety. They wouldn't really need to cut them down if they would cu

Please see SPRING HILL REALTY reviews before renting from these people. They are predatory landlords that will charge you a fee for anything they can legally think of. Be aware!!
