I rented from Real Estate Professionals for almost 5 years and my experience overall was wonderful. Rent was always fair, and they took care of the place any time something needed fixed. I purchased a home recently and they worked with me to find a good solution for both of us for a move out date and transition to a new tenant. The entire office staff is very pleasant to deal with and I always felt heard. Very approachable overall and I never got the feeling that I was merely an income source to them. For someone just starting out in life, or just trying to get ahead, they're a great company to rent a living space from!

I personally have rented off the Real Estate Professionals for the last 35 years. Easy user-friendly app to send (Maintenance) request, to make payment, submit documents, such as Renters Insurance. Their properties are clean, move in ready and affordable with today’s housing market. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable when calling the office. The maintenance are courteous, timely and communicate what needs to be done to remedy any issues. In my opinion, there is nobody else I would rent from in Pottstown and the surrounding areas.

These are the best people you could possibly get a place from. They give your space and privacy they fix things when needed and they care about you personally not just a check. Not to mention everything looks so beautiful and I’m on the 2nd place from them due to upgrading space I love them and I probably won’t ever leave them. Definitely a go to landlord that cares !

I lived at a beautiful property owned and operated by The Real Estate Professionals for 4 years. It was fantastic. They are attentive, responsive, kind, and their properties are beautiful and reasonably priced. Maintenance requests were handled in an efficient and timely manner. Thank you Jeff! And as a matter of fact, I was having difficulty finding a rental because of my dogs. They took a chance on me, and I will be forever grateful.

I have been renting from Real Estate Professionals for years. I mostly only communicate with Allen Sr. He is a class act in every way. I hate to see negative posts against this agency from rental experiences because mine has been nothing short of amazing. I am a loyal tenant who is reliable, who has been with the agency for a long time, who treats the property as my own, and who has never missed or been late on a single rent payment. The office shows their appreciation by always taking care of any maintenance requests right away, keeps the communication open, remains fairly priced in the market, and I cannot thank them enough.
