We broke ground in the summer of 2023 on our home so we are now past the warranty period and have been very happy with our home. I initially reached out to Rotelle in 2022 (Covid) when the prices of all building materials just kept increasing and we were actually just wondering if we could even afford to build a home like we had hoped. We already had the land but we were just looking for a builder. Crystal did a great job explaining the process and breaking down the various aspects of building cost- site work, construction, permitting etc. When we went in person we were very happy with everyone that we met and decided to move forward. Once we got the initial contract I had our real estate lawyer review it and after a bit of back and forth we ended up comfortable with everything and proceed

Our experience with Rotelle with building our new home has been Great! They built us a Beautiful Home! Everyone in the office and all their vendors are very knowledgeable and did a Great Job! Once we started actually building, Jesse in the field, who we worked with, was very meticulous with the build and really showed he cared. We would recommend Rotelle to anyone looking to have a home built!

They are customer-oriented and work with you through every step of the process to ensure you're informed. There is no limit to their creativity or capabilities and are committed to your satisfaction the whole way - even through the warranty period. They were quick to address anything that came up after we moved in which was appreciated. Highly professional, a joy to work with, and a top-notch quality home. Can't ask for more!

We took delivery of our custom Rotelle home at the end of January 2026. I've had homes built in the past by other builders, and can say with 100% certainty that this was a tremendous experience from start to finish. From the sales experience, to floor plan customization, to design selections, to project management, to the finance and accounting, down to working with the post-close punch-list team(s). In addition, the value is impressive in terms of affordability. We did a lot of due diligence, interviewed and evaluated 4-5 builders, and Rotelle was by far the most reasonably priced, especially given the value and quality experience and craftsmanship they deliver. A+ all around! Great job Team Rotelle!!

We are extremely happy with Rotelle Studio(e). We bought land that had not been developed. Rotelle walked us through the entire process from start to finish!!! Cyndi, Zach and Maddie made the process enjoyable and were always available to answer our questions. AND we definitely had questions!!! Jesse has taken over now that the home is built making sure everything is working correctly! One of our friends who works for another builder came to look at our home. He had never been in a Rotelle home before. He was very impressed with the build and the material that was used. We are looking forward to many years in our new, well built, beautiful home!!!
