I love my Landlord. He is the most incredible person I’ve ever met when it comes to having a clean place to stay every time I call they’re right there to fix whatever we need Fix. We’re in the household with four seniors, and we are so comfortable in our home, I could not have asked for a better landlord The best I’ve ever had and I’ve been on this earth for 64 years, and never did I have a Landlord so much sensitivity and gives a darn about his tenants. . He is just the best and so are the guys that work with him. They’re always nice polite and explain exactly what they’re doing when they’re fixing things. The whole company is just great. Could not ask for better. Been in our almost 2 years. Love It.🙏🙏🙏

I am a tenant and the team @ Hope Capital Investments is awesome! Whenever an issue arises(literally only 2 minor problems in 3 years)Vince and his crew are quick to reach out and discuss a time that is convenient to address the issue. Office staff, maintenance and upper management are so down to earth and friendly that they honestly feel like family. I've heard horror stories from neighbors with different management companies that only care about cashing the rent check. Some have waited months with open maintenance requests and the problem still is not fixed. It's comforting to know that my team truly cares...Thanks for everything HCI!
