I had the pleasure of working with Brian Gilbert. He is a wonderful representative of Zuber Realty and a fantastic realtor. He helped me sell my house, and guided me every step of the way. He offered his expertise when I wasn't quite sure what to do. He was very patient with my many questions and never made me feel like I was pestering him. My wife and I bought our first home recently and couldn’t have been happier with the whole team at Zuber Realty. We worked with Rich Zuber and John Waclawsky, they were very helpful start to finish! They would respond to any calls/ texts immediately and make sure to get us into showings as soon as they were available. They were able to recommend businesses for inspections as well as the mortgage company, and gave tons of helpful advice during our search to help us decide what type of home would suit us best. She has high ethics and makes morally sound decisions. She knows the local market inside and out. She will work for you!!! She is also well connected in the community when you need a trades person or have questions related to doing what you need to get done to sell your home. You know that she has your best interest in mind at all times and you can trust her with this HUGE endeavor. My husband and I would never use another realtor!!

I sold my house in 48 hours and it was all thanks to Jody Dolansky. She was always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very patient(Which says a lot dealing with me). I was selling a vacant house and anytime she was in the area she would check up on it just to give me a piece of mind. I also have to give he props for putting me first, she had the chance to write up a dual agent deal but tabled it to get me a better price. I am sure Jody was busy with other houses but she always made it feel like I was her only client.

We worked with John Waclawsky to both purchase and sell our home. John always made time for us when we were buying our first home. He provided great advise when choosing the house we ended up purchasing and never rushed us into a decision. When it came time to sell we called john right away. He was honest and always had our best interests in mind during the process. If we were able to use john to buy the home we purchased in NJ we would have in a heart beat.
