Hillside Apartments

Very happy to have chosen Hillside as my new home in Pottstown. Barbara and Jennifer were extremely helpful in my transition from AZ back here. Farbod, the maintenance man, has been great; polite, helpful, friendly. Very impressed with the snow removal this morning. Thank you for helping me in this move!!

My parents lived here 38 years or more and have been very happy with the area, the good neighbors they have had and the centrality of the location to the things they needed to access. At times , they have had difficulty reaching someone in the office when they have had maintenance requests or questions ( due to limited staffing we've been told) but lately it has improved. The office staff has been very amiable, polite and genuinely concerned with doing what they can for the residents . We are happy at Hillside Apts. !

Hillside is a beautiful community. Well kept. Close to everything. Literally, close to everything. Maintenance responds quickly and is always courteous and professional. Management is professional and responsive. I would recommend this community.

I love where i live at and the area, its just not the same. I like it better when deb was working in the office. I been complaining about my door bell not working for over a year,never got it fixed. I've been complaining about the bugs in my apartment nobody never came, this is ridiculous!!
