University Lake Apartments

Jana was great! I am planning to live here in the fall but hadn't got around to seeing the place yet and she was more than happy to show me around. They have also been really helpful throughout the entire application process! I highly recommend!

Jana did an amazing job showing us around, and showing us different details that the property came with. She did amazing answering every question we had, and that’s not all. Jana had the best attitude, and professionalism.

I have lived in 3 apartment complexes in Chapel Hill/Carrboro, and University Lake Apartments is the worst out there. It looked good, but has a lot of problems when I started living. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbours on both sides talking in their homes. Windows are also not sealed. The AC is very loud compared to all 3 places I have lived, and I told the management to check it, they said they will but no one came. Toilet gets clogged once or twice every week. Sometimes overflow. Management doesn't replace it, says I will have to pay for the labor cost. Certainly the worst management I have seen ever. Moreover, floors are not flat and I am literally sitting on a tilted chair. The apartment was also not cleaned properly when I moved. Overall, the apartment is not worth $1
