Rock Creek Apartments

I've lived at Rock Creek for 2 years since starting my PhD, and it's been so wonderful! They hit a really good sweet spot balancing affordability and good spacious living. The J bus that leaves every 15 minutes and goes straight to campus is also clutch for UNC students. The grounds have always been well taken care of, and the maintenance crew is super responsive and usually at my place day of. Bri in the office is also spectacular and so on top of things! Super friendly, keeps it real with you, and dedicated to Rock Creek being a great home for its residents.

Great place to live. Management is extremely friendly and works hard to keep great maintenance. Really have enjoyed my time here! When looking for apartments in/around chapel hill, Rock Creek's name never came up on apartment hunting websites or searches. I heard about the complex through a graduate student who was graduating out of her program. I think that the complex gets enough advertising from good word-of-mouth, which speaks to the living experience here!

Lived here for 5 years during graduate school and it was fantastic! The staff (especially Bri and Griffin) were always quick and responsive to any questions I had, and the maintenance guys (particularly Dylan and Charles) were probably the nicest maintenance guys at any place I've ever lived!

Don't you wish your apartment is nice like mine!!💃💃💃 I love this apartment, indoor games and fitness equipment are freely available, the cost is relatively okay, and the management responds to complaints and inquiries swiftly. My only issue since I moved in here is the exorbitant electricity rate 😥of Piedmont coop; it's too high compared with what Duke energy charges my other colleague that uses Duke.

I am not a renter at Rock Creek, but wanted to share my positive experience working with Brianna Moore in the leasing office. Brianna was patient and supportive, and while I ended up choosing a different location (due to a change in personal circumstances) I was extremely appreciative of how she worked with me.
