Shelton Station Apartments

Shelton Station is a wonderful apartment to live in! It checks so many boxes with the amazing location, friendly community, and nice apartment layouts. What really sets Shelton Station apart from other apartments in the area is how helpful the building staff are! Will and Liko are two amazing guys that would assist with anything at the drop of a hat. Outside of their jobs, they were also super personable and it was always nice running into either of them and have just casual chat. So yes the apartment is great, but they made living in Shelton Station a truly great experience!

Just moved into Shelton Station and couldn’t be more excited to be here. The location is amazing, our apartment is beautiful, and management/maintenance is awesome. Will has been the absolute best from the start; it’s clear he cares a lot about the residents, cleanliness, and lively hood of our complex & community. If you have the opportunity to live here; take it!

Shelton Street is truly an amazing place to call home. From day one, the hospitality from the leasing manager, Will, and the maintenance director, Licho, has made all the difference. They go above and beyond—always welcoming, always helpful, and always making sure the community feels cared for. The entire complex is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of life. They host events for almost every season, from the Great Shelton Bake-Off to cozy movie nights, and right now there’s even a gorgeous winter tree that keeps everything feeling festive. It’s the little touches that make this place feel special. On top of that, the residents themselves are genuinely kind and friendly. It’s not just an apartment complex—it’s a true community where people look out for each other. I’m so grateful

I have lived at Shelton Station for 1.5 years and have really enjoyed it. What has really stood out to me is Will & Leeko, who will drop everything they are doing to help me when I need assistance. I am not being hyperbolic when I say they are THE BEST apartment manager/maintenance supervisor at a building I have lived in. Truly fantastic people.

I loved living in Shelton Station, these apartments really have everything you could ask for. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained and have a ton of storage (even outside on the balcony) which was really convenient. I never felt unsafe living here, all of the residents are really friendly and Will Sideris is a great manager, really helpful and personable. He always responded quickly to any concerns and you can tell he really cares about making residents happy. The location is hard to beat - I highly recommend if you love to walk because you can walk to everything you need. Parking was never an issue, and the building amenities like the fitness center and common areas are well-kept. Overall, this is a great place to live, I wish I didn't have to leave!
