Ashbrook

Ashbrook has been such a delightful experience. The move in process was extremely smooth, and everyone was so responsive. Everyone has made Ashbrook feel like home, especially Ms. Pat, who has made my experience so much better. I can rely on her to make sure that all of my needs are taken care of, and most of all she's extremely sweet. Overall, my apartment came in excellent condition, the amenities are wonderful, and the community is so inviting and caring. I wish I would've moved here sooner! Nothing but great things to say.

Living at Ashbrook Apartments has been such a great experience. The community is quiet, clean, and feels like a true home. But what really makes this place special is the people, especially Ms. Patrice. She is the heart of Ashbrook. Always welcoming, always kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. She remembers your name, checks in on residents, and somehow manages to make even the smallest interactions feel meaningful. You can tell she truly cares. Maintenance is also super dependable. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve shown up quickly and taken care of it. And Craig, the property manager, is always around and on top of everything. He makes sure things run smoothly and gets stuff done without delay I highly recommend living here.

I've been living here for 3 years and unfortunately it's recently gone downhill. The manager, Craig, does not enforce the no smoking part of the lease AT ALL. I know this because for the last month some new tenants have been smoking both cigs and weed in the unit directly across from HIS unit starting as early as 9am. Our apartment has a nice balcony that we can't even use now because the neighbors smoke so much--in this heat it makes it hard to breathe. It also means that when it gets cooler outside you can't open your window to air out your place. Basically if the landlord likes you you can do what you want, but if he doesn't you can get evicted for smoking. There is hit and miss enforcement of the no smoking part of the lease. I recently moved here with my roommate and the move-in process was very smooth! As a graduate student I did not know where to start with looking into a new apartment in the area, and I am truly grateful to be living here at Ashbrook! I really enjoyed working with Ms. Pat as she provided my roommate and I with a lot of helpful information, and she is very sweet and kind to talk with. I have also enjoyed working with Robert, who is part of the maintenance team, as he was very friendly and willing to take his time to explain many important aspects of the apartment when my roommate and I had questions. Living in a community surrounded by so many trees and a creek is one of my favorite aspects so far! I love the layouts of all the apartment models and I am very happy with the one we ultimately

We lived at Ashbrook apartments for 3.5 years and have nothing but good things to say. We had to call maintenance a few times a year but every time, they responded and had the issue fixed within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours. The managers that we had during our time were responsive and kind. We moved due to purchasing a house but would’ve stayed otherwise! As a young female I felt safe taking my dog out at night and being alone in the apartments. There will always be things like occasional car break ins or issues whenever you have an apartment complex, especially one off of a bigger road like jones ferry, but I always felt safe. We are very grateful for our time at Ashbrook.
