**Spacious and Bus-Friendly, but Major Management, Safety, and Accessibility Concerns** One clear advantage of this apartment community is its location. There are many bus lines that go directly to UNC, and the apartments offer relatively large living spaces for the rental price. Unfortunately, that is where the positives mostly end. First, management has been consistently unhelpful and lacking in basic empathy. When I contacted the office about a lost package, the resident officer initially tried to assist but did not know how to proceed and escalated the issue to the manager.
