Ridgewood Apartments

I have lived at Ridgewood for over a decade and have enjoyed it here very much! Malana and Kendra are always eager to help. Steve always chats with me for a bit when I'm sitting on the porch and checks in to make sure everything is all good at my place. Jeff aka the bug man has been around the whole time I've lived here and I have never had any pest issues :)

The management, Malana and Kendra, are the best. Maintenance guys are also great. Special shout out to Malana, she really did her best to make our stay at Ridgewood wonderful.

As parents, we moved our daughter in from out of state and I will say Jim and Steve far exceeded our expectations. Without asking, they assisted us with moving in and loaned a hand truck on more than one occasion. Great guys, very personable and willing to go the extra mile for our daughter. The grounds and pool are in great shape. While I didn’t have the pleasure to interact with Malana, I know our daughter spoke highly of how hard she worked and followed through to ensure a smooth transition. The welcoming atmosphere that their collective good will created really puts a parent at ease. Can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much! Darin

I stayed at this apartment for two years and had a truly positive experience. One of the standout aspects was the exceptional front office staff—especially Malana—who consistently responded to messages with impressive speed and professionalism. It made a huge difference knowing any concern would be acknowledged almost immediately. Even after I moved out, Malana continued to go above and beyond—she responded to my email almost a year later when a package was mistakenly delivered to my old address. She quickly contacted the current tenants and helped ensure the package was returned to me. She is truly awesome! The maintenance team was equally reliable. I lived in Ridgewood for about 3 years (until the end of 2024).I changed jobs so I left there to live closer to my new job. Other than that, there was no reason to leave. This apartment complex fulfills three important criteria for me: 1) I never had an issue with safety/security, 2) Maintenance team was always very fast and solved everything, 3) Leasing office and especially Malana was always there to help. All people working in this complex were always very helpful. Very happy for my stay there!
