My experience with the listing agents, Mustafa Mohaned and Sami Nazir Wazzour, has been one of the most unprofessional and frustrating real estate experiences imaginable. Every major issue in this transaction can be traced back to their lack of communication, lack of preparation, and lack of basic real estate knowledge. The problems started at the open house. There was no signage anywhere, so you wouldn’t even know an open house was happening. When we walked in, the agent showing the property, Sami, had almost no information about the home. The entire showing felt unprepared and disorganized. Despite that, we were willing to move forward because we had been searching for a long time and finally felt we had a chance at a home. I wish someone would have warned me in advance of Fang/Winnie. Do not and I repeat do not conduct business with Fang/Winnie. She is by far the most unprofessional and condescending person ever. Fang has a reputation for double talking and waiting until last minute. When you remind her of what she requests, she then changes what she said. I had to keep all emails and text messages to remind her of what she previously said. Fang is nasty and unprofessional and I would never deal with her again!

I cannot recommend Maria Boza highly enough! From our very first conversation, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me. Maria knowledge of the market and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was dedicated And advocated for me every step of the way. Please be wary of the real estate company. We worked with Jong “Jackie” Yun to lease a commercial property. A lot of the things she told us during the initial viewing were untrue. We signed a lease & thankfully amended it to add a clause obligating us to cancel the contract due to the elevator possibly malfunctioning. She & the owner both promised us it was in good working condition. We paid the deposit & were allowed to start moving our things in about 4 days prior to the lease starting. An hour into moving our things into the space, the elevator malfunctioned, causing damages to our equipment. We noticed further that the elevator had not been inspected since 2000. We promptly notified the landlord that we were opting out as agreed upon within the clause of our lease with no obligation on
