Fair Lawn Promenade

My husband I were in a transitional period where we had sold our house and needed a place to rent until we determined where we wanted to settle next. We chose the Fair Lawn Promenade, living there almost two years, and couldn't have been happier. Sandra at the front office was amazing, accommodatingly securing for us a unit with the perfect move in date. The apartment was clean and well maintained, the carpets were new. The maintenance people were amazing, not only keeping the building and grounds beautiful but quickly responded if a light was out or blind needed adjusting. The common room with kitchen is free to tenants to reserve and hold parties in. I have been living in this property for the past 6 months, and honestly, the place itself is beautiful. The building is well-maintained, the location is great, and everything about the apartment could have been perfect. I truly wanted this to be my long-term home. Unfortunately, there is one serious issue that completely changed my experience: the constant noise from the upstairs neighbors. From the first days of moving in, I was not informed that the unit above has small children. The noise starts very early every morning and continues even on weekends and holidays. Over time, this took away any sense of peace or comfort in what should be my home. I tried everything possible to resolve this respectfully. Nice little plaza and cute setting. Good amount of stores and nice area. Clean environment and quiet. Parking here sometimes is difficult but it’s manageable if you’re not lazy to walk. Good food options. #boycott Starbucks

I just rented an apartment in the complex. Troy was absolutely amazing to work with!! He was patient and understanding about all my questions and concerns and extremely helpful and friendly. He answered all my many emails almost immediately! So nice to get such quick responses. He made this a smooth and easy process. Additionally, Sandra, at the front desk in building 5, was also wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful. I am sure that living there will be a wonderful experience with such a great staff!

We love living here, the apartments are lovely, the upkeep impeccable and the personalized service is unlike anything else I've experienced.
