Chancellor's office is really nice. When you walk in, it feels like home. The people are kind and the service is great. They have an in-house attorney that is very easy to work with (Dan Barli) and a team that is simply excellent.

Took a CLE with them 5 years ago and decided to place an order since their office is close to my home office and my former title representative retired. What a mistake! I'm traveling a couple of years later and need an owner's policy. I was advised when I called that the request had to made via email. I sent the email with their file number and the new buyer's title binder. Chancellor was the closing agent and there are still 2 open mortgages. I waited 2 business days and followed up with a telephone call. I was told to send another email which was unacceptable. I waited 10 minutes for a manager, hung up and called back. The receptionist told me she was trying to find a manager and that Jennifer would call me back. I waited 10 minutes and called again but my calls were not answere
