Frank arrived before our agreed upon time, and was very courteous and professional throughout, he took his time to explain everything that I was not sure of or had questions about. The report we received was very detailed with clear and easy to understand layout and wording. He took his time and did not rush through the inspection, all the while taking pictures that were used on the report.
