Fair Lawn Commons

LOVE this property & our new home. It’s stunning inside & out, with a washer & dryer in our unit!!! WOW! Easy access from the Highway & in the hub of town with a couple local restaurants, gas stations, stores, and the train within walking distance (5 minutes any direction). Oh, and the schools are ranked well within the state & also nearby. The apartment is very spacious & updated with modern appliances & flooring. Property managers are friendly & responsive. Our neighbors have been great thus far! Everyone is friendly & willing to help or provide helpful information. It feels like a tight knit community & very safe. We love it here & do recommend if you’re looking.

I absolutely love my apartment!!! The noise from route 208 can be a bit much at times. The tenants I have become friendly with are absolutely a joy. The entire staff is wonderful and a pleasure. The maintenance crew are on top of the little things that can happen as with any other community, but they respond very promptly and do outstanding service. I am very happy with living in this community. The apartments are very well kept and beautiful! For those who have a problem with mice! Take note we do live close to the railroad track and in an area where there are field mice! Keep you apartment very clean make sure no food is left out and take out the garbage on a regular basis and you shouldn’t have any problems! I know first hand. On the whole, my experience is very favorable. The staff is readily available when trouble arises. They keep the grounds clean and well maintained. I wish they had adjustable shower heads and a garbage disposal, but these criticisms are minor. I wish management was more responsive to suggested property improvements such as repairing broken lights and raising sunken sidewalk blocks.

Our move was a breeze. Anna and Sue really made sure that the house was ready before we moved in. The communication was perfect. We highly appreciate their thoroughness.

We moved to Fair Lawn Commons in March and were very happy with our new place. Until the entire community was filled with the new soil for the trees. It’s been a few months and it still smells like feces. I cannot even go for a walk because the smell makes me sick.
