Livana Fair Lawn - An Active 55+ Community

So excited to be moving to my new home at Livana Fair Lawn! Special thanks to Mary for ushering me through the process with patience, care and professionalism. What a beautiful place to call home!

I recently moved into livana and was the first tenant to live in my apt. There was an issue with the hot water heater and I did not have hot water for 6 days. The maintenance crew especially Jackson followed up every day to insure someone continued to work on the issue (even on the weekend) until it was resolved and fixed. Yay I finally was able to take a hot shower tonight!! I appreciate the tenacity that was shown and the compassion of the staff in understanding the position i was in and doing everything they could to get it fixed. Thank you Jose & Jackson for staying on top of the issue to get it resolved!!!

My Wife and I made an appointment to see Livana with Mary. She showed us apartments we were interested in seeing she was so patient and excited to show us around. We were so impressed with the whole atmosphere of Livana 55+ community we started the process to apply. Mary is the Perfect person to be the face of Livana Fair Lawn.Next we meet Zachary who answered the questions I didn’t think to ask Mary .Zachary and Mary in my opinion know everything there is to know about Livana. I am now living here and would highly recommend Livana 55+community Fair Lawn to all 55+ people It is resort living. UPDATE 09/06/2025 My 60 Days update at living at Livana Fair Lawn NJ . Recently I had the opportunity to work with the great people at Livana Fair Lawn. Specifically, I worked with Mary, Eugene and Tariq. All were so helpful and made the initial process of renting at Livana easy. If this is any indication of what it will be once I move in I am so excited to be there.
