Don't move here if you have other options. They have roaches and mice. The elevator is down every other week. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. People in the office are scammers so I suggest you pay your bills online and not give them any money. Office workers will go in your mailbox and your home while you're not present. They watch to see when you leave. There has been numerous car break ins and packages stolen but they will do nothing besides tell you to lock your doors like they weren't locked in the first place. They will add extra fees to your bill every month so be careful about what you're actually paying for. I have had only one issue since moving here. Being on the 2nd floor and not able to use stairs when elevator goes out. The staff was very helpful in getting me up and down stairs when available. I have had no issue with maintenance not getting things fixed The people I have met in the building have always been very nice and helpful For the age of the building I think things are pretty good.

Would pick 0 stars- roaches from day 1 to moving out even with multiple pest control spraying, even after moving in i’ve never been able to get them to answer the phone, i had to re caulk the shower, fill in gaps under the ac unit and under sink so less roaches could get in, and shaved down sides of the doors inside the unit so they could close properly. Residents always left the doors propped open not that it mattered cause half the time the door sensors didn’t work. I could explain how horrible the neighbors are, but that’s just living in petersburg. Definitely would not recommend living here.

i’ve been complaining about the pest issue for 3 years now . still unresolved. multiple people have moved out because of the pest issues. the apartments are only 650 a month . utilities no longer included. these pictures are from my unit and others as well . i do not recommend anyone to move here

I just have nothing good to say about the place and they took my entire deposit and half-months rent for moving out early because the manager made a clerical error and leased the apartment while I was still there. The half months rent was taken out because "nothing was clean." I spent three days cleaning that apartment as best I could, but maybe my version of clean, which is OCD, is not to standard. The location is good though, just everything I went through while there wasn't worth it.
