Twin Oaks Townhomes

I have been waiting on a refund check since November 2025. I made multiple attempts to contact this company by phone and email and received no response. On two separate occasions, I was told by two different employees that I would receive an update on my refund soon. Instead of providing an update, they emailed me asking if I was still interested in renting a unit. I clearly told them no and reiterated that I was waiting on my refund. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my calls and emails. The lack of communication and failure to issue a refund after several months is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business here.

Property management gives the runaround and I’ve been waiting months for a response regarding the refund of my security deposit. The company also failed to respond to the Better Business Bureau when I sent a request for answers. Lack of communication from management and you have to stay on them regarding maintenance request.

Very nice townhomes. Ali was excellent in welcoming me! This neighborhood is amazing! Very diligent in getting you in and still diligent in answering your questions timely. Once you’re in, the communication is great unlike other communities I’ve been to!

I love it out here so peaceful and serene. I had a lot of places to choose from and this one just felt like home soon as I stepped in the door to see it. I applaud Ali for making my move as smooth as possible and I plan on being here a long time to come. It’s located close to Clift Farms so all the restaurants and shop areas are really close. So glad I chose Twin Oaks for my home!!!!

I love that these townhomes have no stairs, no carpet, and a two car garage. It’s pretty clean and the staff is warm. Also convenient to Capshaw so you can avoid the traffic on 72.
