Twin Lakes New Homes in Hoschton by Fischer Homes

Fischer Homes is my choice for better living. I’m getting a home built at Twin Lakes, and I must say that I’m very impressed especially with two people there. That is Ana Gutu and David eskew. The most patient and knowledgeable people you want to work with. I had no idea of what I was getting into and Ana made me feel like I was a graduate at Yale. She showed me my Fiancé home after home until we decided on the Avery home. I’m very pleased with their Professionalism. Ask for Ana Gutu and David Eskew when visiting Fischer Homes.

This is just an opinion on the construction side. We closed our house like a week ago, the first walked we found TONS of issues, when they did the touch up they did it with the wrong color!!!! They promised to fix it and after the closing we met the builder people in our house guess what??? Right color but tons details (we shouldn’t close the house, our bad), they promised to fix it last Thursday including with clean, being Monday that’s how our house looks. I am attaching the answer that the builder representative gave us. I am not having them in my house any more I will subcontract the services left but PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY A HOUSE WITH FISCHER!

Fischer Homes are liars and bullies. They trapped my sister AND I in contracts, in which they could care less about customer satisfaction or the contract. They have threatened to keep some of our earnest money. We have terminated our contracts with them for lots 571 and 572, based on failure to obtain mortgages and customer satisfaction. We expected full refunds from them, but they refuse to give it to us. We are very upset about this. We do not have this type of money to be giving away. This was supposed to be our retirement home. This does not seem fair at all. Please help with this.

Amazing sales people, Patricia was great helping me walk through all the process of buying a newly constructed home. Counting the days to move in and start getting my decor talent to work, it's exiting days ahead to finally bring my parents to enjoy our home sweet home together.
