I’m a realtor, and I recently sold a home built by this builder to one of my clients in Georgia. Unlike other builders, they promptly addressed everything that came up in the inspection report without hesitation, making sure that all issues were resolved without saying, “This can’t be done.” Because of this great experience, I wanted to leave this review. I will definitely recommend homes built by this builder to others in the future. Also, a big thank you to agent Tommy for his kindness, thorough explanations, and consistent follow-ups throughout the process. And once again, thank you, Josh, for all your help. I really appreciate it!

I purchased a home in Maddox Landing in May 2024. My family and I absolutely love the home and lot we have. The quality of work, design & layout, and the home's features speak volumes to the high standards and effort UnionMain puts into building houses. This is a new construction home, so once we got moved in and starting using the home as intended, we noticed some minor issues (which is to be expected). However, I cannot speak highly enough about Josh (Construction Manager) and Tommy (Sale Manager), who have been extremely quick and responsive in having these issues addressed. They both also continue to regularly follow-up to be sure we don't have any outstanding concerns. Overall, I am incredibly happy with my new home and the customer service I have received even after closing.

This place was One of the nicest communities I've ever been to, I'd love to live here!
