Right when we were at our whitts end with “house shopping disappointment” I received a call from Rosemay/LGI, with an encouraging invitation to meet with her, so that “SHE” could be the one to help us reach our goal of home ownership…although I was jaded and reluctant, I agreed that my husband and I would meet with her. October 26, we met OUR sales agent! Rosemary was friendly, engaging and very passionate about the lives she touches as she leveled her expertise and time in making sure our home buying experience was amazing and stress-free. 0/10!!! I would read all the internet reviews before you even think about walking in the door. They ask for $1,000 to “reserve” a property. Read everything you can about LGI Homes online before you walk in and do not sign a single thing before you seek legal representation first. Feels scammy! Avoid at all costs.
