The Finch Apartments

I live here currently and have been here for the past 4months. Thus far I have loved the unit and have found all staff to be very helpful. It is a quiet community for an apartment complex. We love that our dog can play in the dog park and if we ever have any issues, the staff has actually taken the time to assess and correct. Maintenance is very prompt as well and so kind to our dog when they had to come in.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I deliver to this apartment complex everyday and let me tell you that the last negative review about the leasing agent reece is all false information because shes so engaged with people searching for a new home. Very nice, sweet and always address you with a smile on her face. Id recommend moving here because the leasing office throws community events and something special on holidays.

Unfortunately, my experience with The Finch Apartments fell far short of those standards. My initial visit was intended to be a tour with my girlfriend; however, the leasing agent named Reese refused to provide a tour, displayed overt hostility, rolled her eyes, and responded with visible attitude when I asked a reasonable question about why my girlfriend’s credit was being scrutinized when I was the sole financial applicant. I love The Finch! This place is neat and organized, offers lots of amenities, and I love that the pool is open all year round! The staff is friendly and takes the time to get to know their tenants, and they love my dogs just as much as I do! I have lived here for 2 years now, and I don’t plan on living anywhere else!

I have been here since April 2024. Didn’t tour the area beforehand and took a chance on a nice community that I saw online. I moved all the way from Denver and the moving process was seamless with great communication all around. From the quiet community, clean amenities, friendly neighbors, to the reliable trash valet I’ve had no issues at all since being here. To top the great overall experience I’ve had here, the young ladies in the leasing office (Katy, Lacyn, Cadence, and Lexi) have been the highlight of the community. They treat all with love and respect so that you truly feel at home. If you are looking for an outstanding complex to call your next home The Finch is perfect for you!!!
