Amavi Twin Lakes

I recently toured the townhomes and had a very good experience. Cassie was friendly, professional, and made the visit easy and comfortable. She answered all my questions clearly and took the time to explain the details without rushing. Overall, the tour and customer service were excellent and left a great impression.

My husband and I have lived here happily for the past 14 months. Kristy and Sephon were always kind, respectful, and helpful. The buildings are nice, but you can very clearly tell that these were quick builds. Warped walls, permanent paint and first stains on the floor, unfinished molding, "luxury vinyl" bubbling up in places, etc etc. The amenities are always nice and clean. There is lawn maintenance included, but they can never keep one company, and they always only use a weed whacker. Now to my one star. Staff has recently changed. My main issue is that their app just straight up doesn't work. I get no notifications from it and they expect everyone to check their email. What's annoying is the fact that their stupid AI "Milly" runs everything. You can't get in contact with anybody in

My family and I visited this place yesterday and it was one of the best properties I’ve seen in a while! Not only was it a great environment with great amenities Kristy was a pleasure to get to know! We had such an adventure with our cart dying but that made it that much better. My wife and I got to know her and if this means anything she made our search stop there and we applied ASAP. Also we wasn’t gonna just leave her in the heat so we stayed with her until she finally got the cart back to the office!!! Can’t wait to move in!!!!!!!

I recently toured Amavi Twin Lakes and was very impressed! The townhomes are modern, spacious, and well-designed. The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff was welcoming and informative, making the whole experience great. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a new place!
