Although the houses are quality and beauitful the natural prairie that was here, was gorgeous and now gone, thanks to more and more Californian developments. The new low income apartments are particularly disappointing. :( North Idaho is no longer beautiful lile it once was.

Poor quality construction, siding is falling off, cheap flooring and carpeting feels unpleasant to walk on it's so hard and thin, tons of kids yelling and running around all the time(feel bad that they have to live there), low ceilings, sloppy installation of cupboards and fixtures, glue leaking out along edges and not cleaned off, thin walls you can hear everything through, these tiny cheap fireplaces which look so fake and silly(like a toy fireplace), almost no landscaping and what there is is patchy and over run with weeds, the few shrubs still have their tags on. Just a sad, junky place.

Installing carpet and vinyl always turning out beautiful!

Future ghetto of Post Falls. Give it another 10 yrs.
