Tullamore Place Apartments

We’ve been here 5 years, and just renewed - or signed our 6th recertification. We have for the most part been happy with living here. The grounds could be taken better care of but it appears that a new lawn service has taken over recently, and we’ll see if the sprinkler heads in front of our building will be repaired “this” summer. They were not running the past two years. Otherwise, it’s mostly quiet, (except when the kids are out of school and screaming on the playground - which sits across the parking from us). Now and then we have some noise or commotion from neighbors but really we have been fortunate over the years to have very little. Neighbors are mostly friendly, we haven’t made any besties or anything but the cordial hello or “how are you?” exchange is commonplace. Honestly,

I have lived here for almost a year and have had a great experience so far. Management is helpful and my maintenance requests are taken care of within a week. Most of the neighbors are friendly and the ones who have dogs let their dogs greet mine.

Apartment flooded over a month ago from the drainage tube of the washer. They came in removed trim. They seen MOLD packed up and left without saying a word about the mold. Put in 2 work orders and also talked to management. Was told can't use my owner washer, and the ones they provide have been broken since I moved in last October.

Local guide trying to get information on local apartments in the area, and couldn't get ahold of Tullamore Place. Understandably we get busy, however the mailbox is full, and I cannot leave a voicmail with my information. However, during my review over the website and a long reading of current reviews, I will hold a 3 star rating.

Nice apartment, but won't fix anything and won't give me a key to my storage closet. Won't answer phone or texts.
