Trinity at The Hill

The place is beautiful along with the amenities. The leasing office is so sweet too, especially miss Virginia, she had been so helpful proving us with extensive information for if we loos something or any repairs needed are fixed as soon as possible.

DO NOT move into Trinity at the Hill. My experience here was frustrating from start to finish, and if I could give it zero stars, I would. Let’s start with the basics: this place is filthy. The common areas are rarely, if ever, cleaned. Trash is constantly left out in hallways and stairwells, and it piles up without anyone doing anything about it. There are also pest infestations in the building—roaches and other bugs are a constant issue, and nothing effective is ever done about it. And to top it off, there’s a frequent police presence on the property or right outside it, making the area feel unsafe and stressful to live in. I absolutely do not recommend these apartments; they have a dull color and the plumbing system is faulty, both in the bathroom and the laundry area. My downstairs neighbor would get all the water from my bathroom every time I used it. I went almost 15 months without being able to wash my clothes in the apartment where I lived because they never sent anyone to fix the leaks. The front and back of my apartment are infested with cockroaches; I couldn't even open the windows or the door because they would come in. The reception area is awful. They've also changed managers so many times that none of them have been able to do their job properly. From the time that I moved in it’s has been issues. On move in day, the maintenance men were in my apartment still doing stuff. I was going back and forth with the office because they were taking forever to fix the main things. There was a hole in the back bedroom ceiling that was not covered prior to me moving in, so I could not put my clothes and things in the closet. They took so long to have someone fix that, that a rat ended up coming through the hole. I have pictures of hair from the rat that got stuck in a trap that I had out. And I have pictures of where the rat chewed up some things that I had on my couch. I had things on my couch forever because I was not able to put everything away. I am currently a resident. Myself and my children had to relocate to a new city and leave the only house my kids ever knew. It was very traumatic circumstances for all of us. They made us feel welcomed and loved. Ms. Virginia has become like family to us and she is always there to help us in any way she can. I adore the staff here and I don't know how I would have made it through all this without their help. I just want to say thank you.
