Raquel is AMAZING she took great care of me when I was going through the application process and filling out the lease. Raquel showed me 4 different units because I was indecisive on which layout I wanted LOL. Ilove the layout of my new place and have had no problems with the apt and its very quiet and peaceful. Best place in cb to rent from!!!! Thank you Raquel we love it here 🙂

Treehouse Apartments are quickly becoming the place to be in Council Bluffs! The units are absolutely stunning, and the thoughtfully designed floor plans offer plenty of space for comfortable living. Raquel, the property manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with an outstanding tour. While we’re not planning to move until late 2026, we wanted to get a head start—and we’re already excited to see the final product come together. We will absolutely be revisiting Treehouse when the time comes!
