I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kouri Management, specifically our property manager, Kristen. She has been incredibly kind and accommodating to my family’s needs since day one. Whenever an issue arose, Kristen handled it effectively, safely, and in a timely manner, which gave us a huge sense of security. What truly sets her apart is her communication and compassion; she even worked with me on rent payment flexibility during a financial emergency so I could take care of my family. I’ve always felt well-taken care of and welcomed to ask any questions. Kristen has made our stay here so much more enjoyable—thank you, Kristen!

Clayton was amazing to work with while showing me houses. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was looking for. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Mary who is the apartment manager at southroads apartments is awesome. She goes above and beyond. She actually cares about the well being of the tenants. I've lived here for 5 months now and there were a few things that needed fixed when I moved in and she put in the order and it was fixed immediately. I really like my new place that I had my daughter and her 3 kids move into an apartment here. Due to recent events, Mary made sure my daughter and her kids got into a nice place until her building can be repaired and hopefully she can move back. It's not very often to find someone like Mary. But I am so glad I got to meet her and get to know her. She is truly a gem.

A huge shout out to our maintenance tech Alex. We just signed the lease for our new home. Excited and assured minimal maintenance repairs were still in process we moved in. Unfortunately, there are multiple repairs being needed. Christmas night I noticed our washer was leaking. Alex reached out to me promptly about the issue and was at my house within 30mins and had the plumber there within 45. Then that weekend the cold winds blew in my porch window. Again Alex reached out promptly and got the ball rolling for a temporary fix. We now have request him to be the main maintenance tech for our home. He is knowledgeable, personable, professional and is quick to take action and hear out our concerns with repairs needed in our home. Thank you again for making the start of this rocky journey a l

Alex is seriously a stand up guy and a very hard worker. He has great work ethic. attention to detail. and he does not take short cuts. I would recommend him to anyone for sure in a heartbeat. Thank you Alex. We are grateful for your help.
