We all struggle! I get the Seldin company needs to make their money but understand your community and help! Some can’t afford rent or TOWS but new manager can sniff out a pet, light bill, or tell you no for an extension even if you never been late. The office staff,even when we barely had any, had a warming welcome with smiling faces and were kind hearted. I been here for 4 years and never dealt with someone so stank. The new manager always has an attitude even when you are a good tenant. People deserve good treatment and even the assistant manager seems less happy. If I had to work with her I might be too. He should have got that position. Tenants deserve good treatment all the time where we live and PAY.

Be careful you can wake up in the morning and not find your car and when you call the office they're practically worthless. No cameras , no security.. nothing! This place is not safe, nor maintained ! A work order takes months to be looked at. Seldin is the worst property manager ever.

I recently assisted someone with getting an apt here and I can say it was an overall good experience. Aleesha in the office was pleasant, prompt, professional and patient. She responded to emails and kept us informed and up to date on the process as it went along, even over the busy holidays. The person I was helping has since moved into her new place and so far she likes it and has had no issues! Also, during the process of moving her in I had lost my wallet. The very next Monday I received an email from the office letting me know someone had found my wallet and turned it in! I couldn't believe it, I thought for sure it was gone along with everything in it but thanks to the good person who found it an turned it in saved me so much. We have neighbors that blast music all the time and smoke with no consequences. Complete disregard for others. CB noise ordinance is 10p but the management must do something about this. I have complained multiple times with no change. Still smoking throughout the property and dog feces all over. Don’t move here. It took 8 moths to finally respond to service calls. It is almost 9p and my feet are vibrating from the music being played beneath us. Garbage gets picked up maybe 2 times per week and spills all over attracting rodents and is very disgusting. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. Management acts like they care but there is no action. I asked for screens on the windows over a year ago and it still has not been addressed. Guess I’m not opening up the windows on a cool night.

Was nervous about moving but Aleesha made it so easy! Even with some road bumps she helped me get everything in order to get approved and moved in. Apartment was clean and ready to go, barely any noise from the outside or apartments around us. Everyone seems to know everyone. Very spacious apartments and I love the community feel for me and my kids. Close to everything I need and maintenance is so nice and helping. Other reviews say parking isn’t the best but I haven’t had one problem with it usually get the same spot every-time and there’s still others open. Very clean and well kept up buildings and road areas. The school district is amazing and I’m so thankful to be apart of such a great community!
