Absolutely love living at Broadmoor at Rivers Edge! From the moment we moved in, everything has been nothing short of fantastic. The community is beautiful and incredibly well-maintained – the grounds are always pristine, the amenities are top-notch, and it truly feels like a hidden gem along the river. What really sets this place apart, though, are the incredible property managers, April and Kari. These two are hands-down the best in the business! We have really enjoyed living at The Broadmoor at Rivers Edge! From day one, the staff have been so friendly and helpful — they always greet us with a smile and make us feel welcome. The maintenance team is fantastic too. Any time we’ve had a request, they’ve been quick to respond and take care of it right away. What we love most is the sense of community here. It feels like a neighborhood, not just an apartment complex. The amenities are great, and the location is perfect — we can easily get to downtown Omaha or enjoy a walk along the riverfront. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience living here. We are really glad we chose The Broadmoor at Rivers Edge and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and well-kept place to call home!

My experience here at the Broadmoor at Rivers Edge has been nothing short of exemplary. Modern facility, appliances are name brand and high quality and last but certainly not least the management staff, maintenance folks and cleaning crew. Every interaction has been friendly, the few minor issues I ran into were immediately resolved. You cannot go wrong with living here!

THIS is the place to live. After living here for four years now I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is incredible to work with. Always willing to help in any way they can. The community is great. Omaha is a walking distance with the new addition to the bridge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to live and not wanting to live in Omaha. Has a quick commute to Omaha if needed. Highly highly recommend!

This review is long LONG overdue. I have lived at Broadmoor properties for over eight years - first in college, then when we moved back to the area during the pandemic, and now life changes have brought me back to Broadmoor. I cannot say enough how happy I have been as a tenant in these properties. The floor plans are functional with lots of space and HUGE closets, the apartments are finished stylishly and the properties are well maintained with great amenities. The neighbors are even super nice, respectful and friendly. That being said, it is the management and maintenance teams that really make Broadmoor shine. If you need something, it is taken care of right away with a smile. They are just lovely people who do their jobs really well and I don't think I could ever bring myself to rent a
