Erica Ringer is hands down, the most amazing property manager, ever. She is always incredibly responsive whenever I need anything and even takes the time to answer calls and texts after hours and on weekends. She goes above and beyond to accommodate every request. I honestly don’t know how she manages to keep track of all of us tenants, but she does, and she genuinely cares. I am so grateful for Erica (and Josh, the best maintenance guy!) and I truly don’t know what I would do without her. Thank you, Erica, for always taking care of my family and I! Saying thank you does not seem to be enough!

Copper Creek is a nice quiet place to live. Wish they spent more money on getting rid of weeds and fertilizing the lawn so it would be lush and beautiful. Oh well. Also, the lease renewal process online is crazy and a lot of time is spent doing that. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me and then getting another one about pets and that while process is crazy whan you don't have any. All in all, it's ok and we survived the process. Very lengthy and stressful.

Erica Ringer, the complex manager here at the Copper Creek apartments has been an absolute Godsend for us since my wife and I moved in approximately 3 months ago. The measure of her concern and her ability to expeditiously resolve any issues we may have had has been nothing less than Steller. My wife and I had serious concerns about transitioning from our house to an apartment yet, with Erica's help and the guidance she provided, our transition was seamless and dare I say, almost enjoyable! We are very happy now to be living in such comfortable and caring community. Thank you! My wife and I only concern now is the future of our community. Erica is amazing, so communicative and helpful! She made the whole process so easy for us. I would 10/10 recommend her and this place to anyone! She truly was such a blessing to me and my husband and we couldn’t be more thankful and lucky to have Erica throughout this whole thing!

I’ve had no hot water since Wednesday. Josh lite the pilot light when he came over (within 5 minutes of talking to Erica) and lit the pilot light. Still no hot water so Erica borrowed from another place and he lit the pilot light again. Now I have hot water!!
