Tradewind Apartments

Worst management, the apartment heater always malfunctioning. Don't move there. They are going to make excuses to take the money for deposit even when you leave the apartment cleaner that when you received it. Anyway everything is a mess , don't move there.

The incompetence of the building owners is staggering. This place floods at least twice a year. If not from storms, then from the managers overfilling the pool. They never bother fixing the drains. They just never learn. There is so much mold and mildew in the walls of this building!

Well , the obvious low rating stars here is because of the poor communication with management, and I confirm this . I took an appointment for touring and check an apartment to lease . The guy showed me one apartment, I asked him how to apply, he had no clue when the apartment would be ready !!!! Asked me to call in 1 week , a week later I called 7 times on 2 days , he answered and still has no clue. Thank god it didn’t work. PS: pics on web site are photoshopped

Amazing! The office doesn’t answer the calls. I come to the office and it’s always closed! It’s so frustrating, terrible management.

Great apartment:I was living in this apartment for 1 year well I had a great time everything was good they are spacious compared to other apartments it also have good maintainance and hygienic environment I highly recommend this apartment to others
